What’s about turnaround time?

Results for most procedures are available within 24 hours after pick-up. “STATS” test results for those that are considered life threatening will be available within 4-8 hours. Some tests could have a turnaround time of 3 to 5 days, depending of the laboratory’s need to send them out to another reference lab for additional testing. DNA testing and specialized lab requests may take longer. Please ask our sales manager for a more accurate time frames.

Do I need a Doctor's Order?

No. Each of our locations has a physician that oversees the testing performed and test results. However, your physician can send you with a formal order for lab tests and we’ll be happy to fulfill that also.

What are your office working hours?

We are opened Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. We are also opened on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 2:00pm. If you will need any special accomodations we can work with you.

Can I get a copy of my results?

Labs4Less follows all HIPAA guidelines and state regulations regarding distribution of test results. You can choose to have your test results mailed, faxed or come by to pick them up. Written consent is required to provide a copy of your test results to any party other than you. Confidentiality and discretion are of the utmost importance. Tests such as HIV are not allowed to be sent via e-mail or fax due to federal regulations and need to be picked up in person.

What insurance do you accept?

Labs4Less® does not accept medical insurance. In some cases, your lab test and its payment may be accepted and reimbursed by your insurance company in accordance with the terms of your policy. Please check with your insurance company. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted. Labs4Less® also accepts most health savings account credit or debit cards associated with a major credit card. How much is your time worth? Are you tired of waiting in a dirty overcrowded facility for more than an hour, even with an appointment? We can change that. Labs4Less® is now a collection site for both Quest and LabCorp. Simply bring us your lab order and be in and out in 15 minutes. Walk-ins are welcome. $25 collection fee applies.
